- Soba noodles, roasted sweet potato, zucchini, rocket and fetta
- Vegetable lasagna with spinach, zucchini and basil
- Falafel salad with avocado, shaved fennel and hummus dressing
- Cajun style ocean trout with baby truss tomatoes
- Potato egg tortilla with chorizo, roasted red capsicum and rocket
- Frozen mango with lime and yoghurt
* All our classes include a sit down lunch or dinner and a glass of Southern Highlands wine.
